What to expect with us
We are opening in early 2027 in WiloHealthCube — a modern health center in Dortmund-Hörde. From day one, you are part of a small but growing team and help shape the practice. Focus areas are microscope-supported endodontics, aesthetic dentistry, and a fully digital workflow with intraoral scanner, chairside 3D printing, and AI-supported diagnostics.

Fair compensation
From €3,000 gross monthly, full-time (38 hrs/week), 30 days vacation.

Regular working hours
Mon–Fri, no Saturday shifts. Lunch break 2–3 pm. Closed on the first Friday of every month.

What you bring
- Completed training as a ZFA (Dental Assistant)
- PZR experience or ZMP qualification preferred — not required
- Joy in working with people and attention to detail
- Openness to digital workflows and new technology
- Reliability and team spirit
- German fluent in negotiation; Turkish or English a plus
